Introduction
After my 4 years research on how to create verified PayPal account in PayPal Account in PayPal unsupported countries through thorough reading on several forums, it's amazing the things people mention regarding PayPal limitations.
I use PayPal on a daily basis, and have done for years - but I still hate it as a company.
Unfortunately PayPal has brainwashed so many people into making it seem like the ultimate payment method, it's so widely accepted.
But, looks like it's monopolized the online payment world, so we need to get used to it.
Anyway, I'm giving you this 100% FREE report to help my clients and everyone to know why PayPal limit account and to avoid it.
New Accounts
All new accounts will be closely monitored, as PayPal has no idea of who you really are, how reliable you are, and whether or not you are about to commit the largest fraudulent transaction in the past 20 years. If you've got a new account, I can't stress enough how important it is to try and let the account mature for a little. I've found 30 days is always good, similar to the maturity time for eBay accounts.
Non Verified Accounts
This is a biggie. If your PayPal account is not verified, please don't think it WON'T get limited. Because it will. Any old sod could sign up for a PayPal account without verifying it, so it's the easiest money laundering trick in town. Verifying your account shows PayPal you are who you are, you own the bank account and credit card, and you live in the location you specify. Those who claim they cannot verify their PayPal accounts are obviously doing something dodgey. Your best bet is to verify your PayPal account as soon as you open it. I find the 30 day maturity period should be after the account has been verified.

Steps To Avoid PayPal Limitation.
STEP1
Avoid using information that is similar to your friends, family or another limited user when creating your PayPal account.
If you have been limited on PayPal before, it is advisable you use different information, like different email address which hasn’t been limited before.
If you use previously limited email address, PayPal will limited your new account again. Again, don't use your previously limited address and credit card or bank account.
STEP 2
Verify your account using a credit or prepaid card and bank account that matches the information that you signed up under.
You must use the same personal information for both your bank account and PayPal account. If you are using bank account from Payoneer account, make sure your personal information on your Payoneer bank account is the same as your personal information on the PayPal account. You can't link your personal payoneer bank account with your Business PayPal account.
STEP 3
Avoid using proxies, Tor browser, IPs from another country, or public Wi-Fi areas to sign into the account.
If you must use a VPN (Virtual Private Network), use a dedicated VPN source. Make sure you use only one device to sign in your PayPal Account always. For instance, I don't open my PayPal account when I'm away from my laptop. I operate my business PayPal account from my iPhone ONLY. Don't use one device for two separate PayPal account.
STEP 4
Avoid having charge backs and disputes from your buyers. This will trigger a limitation if you have too many of them.
STEP 5
Do not transfer funds immediately to bank or to another Paypal user when first receiving the funds.
If you receive money in your PayPal Account, you must wait for about 24 hours before you transfer or withdraw from your account.
STEP 6
Avoid frequently changing information on the account such as bank accounts or credit cards.
final steps
1. Do not withdraw all the money at once, do small withdraws over a period of time.
For example if you want to withdraw $500. Withdraw it starting from $100 in the morning and $200 the next day and 200 the following day.
2. Wait a couple of days before sending money or withdrawing when receiving it.
The best time to withdraw money when receive is after 24 hours.
If you decide to withdraw money from your account a minute of receiving PayPal may think that you steal someone's money and you want to be withdrawing it fast so that PayPal can't charge it back from your account.
3. Use a different IP if you have more than one account.
Don't use the same IP for different PayPal account.

While creating a PayPal account, you want to have a billing address. One advantage of PayPal to Ghanaians is that PayPal does not confirm your account with your billing address, not even with your cell phone number. It verifies with your email account only. Consequently, you need a valid email address to verify your account.
Follow the steps below to create a PayPal account in Ghana:
1. Get a virtual Kenya address with phone number Copy and paste the address somewhere on your computer or you can choose business account to be able to do away with the kenya
2.Visit the PayPal site and hit Sign up in the top right corner of the page, or use the URL paypal.com/ke which is the Kenya version of PayPal
3. Choose a Personal or Business account depending on your choice. Personal accounts are for general transactions like buying items and sending money. Business accounts are for integrating with online shops and related stuffs.
4. Click Continue and you’d be prompted to type in your email address and other details
5.Type in the email ld your correct personal email address and choose a secure password
6. Hit Continue and put in the address and phone number you have copied earlier in step 2 into the spaces provided

8. Create your account and login Add your debit or master card details. Debit cards can be obtained from most international banks in Ghana including Barclays, UBA, etc. MasterCards can be obtained from GCB and some other banks.
9. Check your email address to verify or activate your account, and enjoy PayPal legally in
Ghana.
